Member Services desk volunteer
Member service desk volunteering is a low-skill option that involves welcoming members to the space, communicating with visitors, and checking out equipment to members. It is helpful if you have basic customer service or administrative and computer skills such as using Google Documents or Microsoft Office.
Equipment instructor volunteer
Instructing equipment training sessions is a skilled volunteer position involving orienting and onboarding members to our industrial equipment and safety practices. You can also teach design software, project workshops, or other fabrication skills.
