Humanmade Recurring Payment Terms
By enrolling into any recurring User Access plans, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions statement:
I, the Customer, authorize Humanmade to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account I specified, or to automatically debit the checking or savings account I specified for payments due to Humanmade for my recurring user access plan I have chosen.
I understand that Humanmade will initiate transfers/charges pursuant to this authorization not to exceed the amount shown on my recurring Humanmade bill. Humanmade will initiate transfers or charges each billing cycle on the date my bill is due. The origination of ACH transactions to my checking or savings account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.
Humanmade may continue to attempt processing any past-due payments at any time up until Humanmade closes the account. Humanmade may choose at their discretion to keep open or close an account at any point if the account is in a past-due status. Humanmade may discontinue processing of recurring charges if Humanmade is unable to secure funds from my debit or credit card or from my bank account for the payments I have authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information I provided. IF I CANNOT PAY MY BILL, MY HUMANMADE ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. Humanmade may choose to discontinue recurring charges and close the account at any time if there are any past-due charges. A suspended account does NOT allow entry into Humanmade.
I also understand that this authorization to pay my Humanmade account identified above by recurring charges or debits is entirely optional and is not required to obtain or maintain my account with Humanmade.
I am responsible for providing Humanmade with accurate payment account information if such information changes in the future. I understand that I may update my billing information by navigating to my personal profile in the Glofox Humanmade app, emailing email@example.com, or contact Member Services directly, at minimum seven (7) days prior to my next due date to request recurring payments be changed or discontinued, or payment information updated. Humanmade will not initiate further transfers or charges after I have cancelled and has had seven (7) days to process my request. I also understand that I am not waiving my rights under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act to stop payments by directly contacting the financial institution where I have the checking or savings account I specified above, and that my exercise of such rights does not constitute a breach of this authorization.

Please use your best judgment when entering into any community member-to-community member transactions or agreements. You enter into any such arrangements at your own risk. Humanmade does not provide any insurance or protection of any kind for such interactions.
Humanmade Equipment Access Policy:
Only active Humanmade community members may engage in work and the use of tools and equipment at Humanmade.
Community members are required to take and pass ALL REQUIRED FSO (Fundamental Safety and Operations) and/or AOS (Advanced Operations and Skills) for all tools and equipment that can cause personal injury or be damaged through improper use. You may not access any such tools and equipment until you’ve completed and passed the required FSO’s and/or AOS’s (This is a requirement of our insurance. NO exceptions will be made.)
Anyone found to be operating tools or equipment without having taken and passed the required FSO and/or AOS training will result in the revocation of all of their access privileges.
Humanmade Equipment Reservation Policy:
Active community members are welcome to reserve time on select pieces of equipment in advance of your visit.
Equipment may be reserved from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 4 hours. (Due to their popularity our Laser Cutters have a maximum time limit of 2 hours.)
Only 1 reservation per single piece of equipment may be made per day and only 3 reservations may be made on any single piece of equipment per week.
You may NOT reserve and operate 2 pieces of equipment simultaneously, the only exception to this rule are 3D Printer reservations.
You must make a reservation for using a 3D printer. While a print job is running, you may reserve and use another machine in another area of the shop. You must return to the 3D printer when the print is scheduled to finish, or if you are informed by Humanmade staff that there is an issue with job/printer. Members are responsible for failed prints caused by unattended printers, and may be found to be financially responsible for damage to the machine if the damage could have been easily prevented by frequently checking the machine and print status.
You may NOT start your reservation early, though you may move up your reservation start time if the equipment is available.
You may be allowed to continue working after your time has expired if no one has the equipment reserved following you. (DO NOT make assumptions, check with staff for availability of time extension.)
You may NOT work more than 8 total hours per 24-hour period on any piece of equipment and a 1 hour rest break is strongly suggested between all 4 hour reservations.
Start cleaning up 15 minutes prior to the end of your reserved time. You MUST be ready to surrender the workspace and equipment to the next community member at the beginning of their scheduled reservation. (DO NOT make anyone wait for you as their time will not be extended.)
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your reservation is forfeited and made available on a first come first served basis. This missed reservation may count towards your day/week allotment.
Community member reservation privileges may be suspended for excessive last minute cancellations, no shows, late clean-ups or calendar manipulation.
Reservations and cancellations are made by speaking with the front desk Member Services
Humanmade Outside Equipment and Materials Policy:
Humanmade reserves the right to limit or restrict the use of outside equipment, tooling, materials, chemicals and chemistry in the workshop.
Humanmade management must clear all outside equipment and tooling before it is brought into the workshop.
You must be prepared to provide a current Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for any materials, chemicals or chemistry if requested.
If like tools and equipment exist on-site and require an FSO training, you may be required to first take the FSO before on-site use is permitted. The Humanmade management has the authority to make this determination.
We strongly suggest clearly marking and labeling outside tools and equipment you plan to use on-site.
Humanmade assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to your materials, tools or equipment.

All community members MUST badge in independently. DO NOT piggyback or allow others to do so. (This policy insures that only active community members enter the workspace.)
If you’ve forgotten or misplaced your badge a temporary badge MUST be acquired at reception before entering the workspace. (Temporary badges will only be issued to any individual a total of 3 times. Replacement badges are $10 dollars each.)

Most trainings at Humanmade are open to children as young as 12 years of age when taken with a parent. Some training sessions are not available to children based on the inherent danger in the operation of the equipment utilized. Training descriptions on website list age restrictions.
See Humanmade Member Services or email email@example.com for additional guidelines and policies.
Animals at Humanmade Policy:
Humanmade has a strict NO PETS policy. Please leave pets at home.
Service animals are permitted on-site. (We strongly suggest for your service animals health and well being that you put a good deal of thought and consideration into deciding which areas of the workshop to enter with your animal. Areas such as the Machine Shop, Wood Shop, Welding/Hot Shop, and Metal Shop present serious environmental hazards for your animal. These areas are prone to loud/high pitch noises, sharp metal/wood debris, sparks, molten/hot metal, UV light exposure that could cause retina damage, projectiles of various sizes, and irritating dust/noxious fumes.)
Service animals must be tethered to their owner at all times
Please do not allow your service animal onto furniture, machine or tools.
Any service animal that poses a threat to our community members or creates an environmental hazard themselves will be asked to be removed or relocated.
Humanmade Alcohol and Cannabis Policy:
Cannabis is not permitted at Humanmade or on the 150 Hooper & 100 Hooper campus.
Alcohol is not permitted at Humanmade unless the Humanmade leadership team has granted prior written authorization.
Operating tools or equipment after consuming alcohol and/or cannabis is strictly prohibited.
If found operating tools or equipment while under the influence of alcohol and/or cannabis is grounds for permanent access revocation.
If found on site exhibiting unsafe, offensive or disturbing behavior while under the influence of alcohol and/or cannabis is grounds for permanent access revocation.
